We know shopping online is sometimes a bit risky. Does it fit on me? How quality is it? So a clear and simple return process for eligible returns is needed.
You will have 15 day period for Melbourne orders and 20 day period for Australia-wide orders. You may return and will be replaced another size, excluding all underwear bottoms, and sale items.
Items that are returned or exchanged must be in original condition with tags attached. Items that have been worn, have makeup marks or perfume cannot be returned.
Due to hygiene reasons, underwear bottoms and garments are unable to be returned for a change of mind or incorrect sized purchases.

Once we receive your return request, we will get back to you within 3 business days.
How long does a return take?
Most returns are processed within 5-10 business days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once your return or exchange has been processed.
